We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and leading the business development team in sourcing, managing and marketing new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive business strategy capable of meeting agreed business goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement effective business development initiatives to convert prospects into clients.<\/li>\n<li>Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations<\/li>\n<li>Screening potential business opportunities by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, financials, evaluate options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximises its short, medium and long term profitability and stakeholders&#8217; returns.<\/li>\n<li>Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree qualified in Marketing or Business Administration with 3-5 years\u2019 experience in business development in a reputable professional service An MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification in a related discipline will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable expertise in creating and executing effective business development strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong market research and competitive analysis expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good business sense and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of marketing principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding networking, marketing and people skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sternandkay.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@sternandkay.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n14th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stern &amp; Kay is a management consulting firm providing consulting services to organisations to help them anticipate and identify human capital management needs.
