Established on the third day of february, 1986 as an outfit of Yaba College of Technology, to provide qualitative industrial and educational consultancy services to the college public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. It continues to render services in the said capacity until 15th of August, 1997 when it was registered as a limited liability company, solely owned by Yaba College of Technology.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors, Yabatech Consult Limited hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Managing Director will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the day to day business operations, staff management and general administration of the Consult Limited.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plan, effective internal control system, accountability and reporting standards to achieve Yabatech Consult Limited strategic business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Expected to show exemplary leadership and capacity to manage human and material resources.<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors through the Chairman.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe prospective applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a good Bachelor of Science Degree (at least Second Class Upper Division) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing Economics and Human Resources Management.<\/li>\n<li>Hold MBA or M.Sc. Degree will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Have at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience, in managerial capacity in any Business Organization plus membership of recognised relevant professional body and be computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Be intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in business development and drive for profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Present evidence of physical and medical fitness (from a Government Hospital).<\/li>\n<li>Present evidence of professional competence, industry, efficient management of human and material resources.<\/li>\n<li>Not be less than forty (40) years of age and not more than fifty-five (55) years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Terms of Appointment and Condition of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful candidate will hold office a tenure of four (4) years effective from date of assumption of duty inclusive of six (6) months&#8217; probation.<\/li>\n<li>The appointment is renewably for maximum period of four (4) years.<\/li>\n<li>The salary attached to the position is negotiable.<\/li>\n<li>The salary shall be subject to review as may be approved by the Board of Directors from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit ten (10) copies of typed written Application Letter, Curriculum Vitae (CV) and attach photocopies of all relevant Documents to their applications.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked &#8220;APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MANAGING DIRECTOR&#8221; at the top left hand corner and addressed to:<br \/>\n<strong>The Company Secretary,<br \/>\nYabatech Consult Limited,<br \/>\nYaba College of Technology,<br \/>\n2, Hussey Street, Yaba,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Lagos State.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates are required to submit statement of own vision for the Yabatech Consult Limited.<\/li>\n<li>Late applications will not be entertained and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yabatech Consult Limited is the business outfit of Yaba College of Technology registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) RC 318820.
