We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and minutes taking<\/li>\n<li>Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with internal departments and communicating on behalf of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.<\/li>\n<li>Observing the best business practices and etiquette.<\/li>\n<li>Petty cash handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>HND, B.Sc, or any relevant qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use MS Office tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfEZbGHFzEfRo-pu0WalAd9Fig6WFgstqKwrmUQeoamJgxS0Q\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n12th April, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diya, Fatimilehin &amp; Co. is one of Nigeria&#8217;s foremost real estate firms of surveyors and valuers, with nearly four decades of excellent serviceproviding property agency, brokerage, management &amp; more.
