We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizes patients&#8217; satisfaction, consultant time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person and facilitating reminder of scheduled appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying doctors of patient&#8217;s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding Doctor of Service delays.<\/li>\n<li>Comforts patients by anticipating patients&#8217; anxieties; answering patients&#8217; questions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the reception area.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information including HMOs enrolees to ascertain coverage of plans and agreed tariffs.<\/li>\n<li>Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients.
