We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagelu \/ Egbeda \/ Ibadan south East &#8211; Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and direct customers<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to customer leads through cold calling<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)<\/li>\n<li>Answer customers\u2019 questions about specific products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure racks are fully stocked<\/li>\n<li>Manage returns of merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)<\/li>\n<li>Inform customers about discounts and special offers<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer feedback to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.workable.com\/store-manager-job-description\">s<\/a>tore manager<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with new products\/services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Degree<\/li>\n<li>BSc \/ HND \/ OND in Marketing or related field is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with consumer behavior principles<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures<\/li>\n<li>Basic math skills<\/li>\n<li>Track record of achieving sales quotas<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform in fast-paced environments<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work various shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n19th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
