We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a creative thinker, passionate about branding and have a proven track record of success in marketing, we encourage you to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, social media, and email marketing<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments, including events, sports, music, live, agency, creative and design to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to senior management<\/li>\n<li>Manage marketing budgets, and ensure effective and efficient use of resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a media company, advertising agency or creative agency and be passionate about brand and brand fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of video and audio production\/fufilments of shoots.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them effectively<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SEOs and use of mailchimp.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Influencer management knowledge is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@plugng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@plugng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n8th May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Plug is a music distribution, licensing and publishing company.
