We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Support Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer Support Agent is responsible for resolution of all enquiries, complaints and requests received via OPay customer support telephone lines, establishing and management of customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties\/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls from customers and provide resolution to complaints, enquiries and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Document and report all call information according to standard operating procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate pending\/ failed transactions and other non-First Time Resolution complaints to the Follow-up team.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customer calls where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Report service failures and other product related issues observed while taking calls from customers to the call center management for further actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of ND in Mass Communication or related courses<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience as a call center or customer service agent.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently and productively.<br \/>\n<strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/PTNmtrptVzn6tvFm6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n1st May, 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OPay is a mobile money platform operated by OPay Digital Services Limited and licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
