We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Wuye, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Listen to customers\u2019 concerns, issues, and questions<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customers\u2019 concerns and answer customers\u2019 questions to your best ability<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers\u2019 complaints<\/li>\n<li>Open new customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Recommend possible products to meet the customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 1 &#8211; 3 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Personable and attentive<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communicator<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable products and markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN60,000 &#8211; N70,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:applications@tempkers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications@tempkers.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n15th May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tempkers Limited is a Human Resource Company with a focus to help CEOs and Executives build a profitable business by recruiting and retaining valuable Staff.
