We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to all business units, including manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines, with a focus on cost savings and process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities, ensuring that expenses are properly authorized, tracked, and recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and compliant with regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations, including metrics such as production output, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction ratings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational updates, ideas, and issues, ensuring that all team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly, working closely with other departments as needed to resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, including process improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and technology investments.<\/li>\n<li>Other responsibilities as assigned by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the food processing industry, preferably in a supervisory or operational role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of previous operational dealings, including experience in budget management, expense control, and customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdrNenqJMdrnzLUEv-36GHAWA-WI83DcH9149-FgDhS3xxAPw\/viewform?usp=pp_url\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n26th April, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terawork is the leading online talent marketplace in Africa that helps businesses thrive by connecting them with professional talent without geographical barriers.
