{"id":177941,"date":"2023-04-19T08:40:02","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T07:40:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=177941"},"modified":"2023-04-21T13:11:08","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T12:11:08","slug":"alan-grant-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/alan-grant-recent-job-recruitment-apply-now-5.html","title":{"rendered":"Alan &#038; Grant Recent Job Recruitment &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alan &amp; Grant &#8211; Our client,\u00a0a leading manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment, is\u00a0recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Manufacturing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracking and Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks<\/li>\n<li>Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance<\/li>\n<li>Continuing to improve the payment process<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bank reconciliations, aging reports and Statements of Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls &amp; analysis<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing<\/li>\n<li>Managing Intercompany Payables including Form M and Letter of credits reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Processing tax payments and returns<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely bank payments \u2013 local and foreign<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the month end close activities \u2013 support reporting and review and analyze results based on the business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Participates fully in assigned training programs<\/li>\n<li>Work with Business controllers and other team members to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates responsibility along with all employees for acting at all times in a manner which promotes the health and safety of all personnel (employees and visitors). Reports any observed hazards utilizing the tools provided. Participates in corrective measures when appropriate.
