We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A top Proptech brand is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to help achieve the brand\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>As the Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote the brand, products and services to the target audience.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>They will have a passion for marketing and communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional results.<\/li>\n<li>They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with the company&#8217;s overall objectives and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and digital advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product development and sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the company&#8217;s social media presence, creating and curating content to engage and grow our audience.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the company&#8217;s marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet marketing goals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with external vendors, agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze marketing and communication metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with website management, social media, and email marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and use data to inform future strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think creatively and outside the box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in PDF to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:ebun.mysalesplat@gmail.com\">ebun.mysalesplat@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n27th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SupportPro is a product from Salesplat Technologies that drives at building Africa&#8217;s best talent pool and pipelline for sales, operations and growth, marketing, and other roles across industries.
