We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The accountant will perform accounting and bookkeeping support functions in the organisation likewise internal control functions.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will also provide financial information to the Head Accountant by researching and analysing accounting data and preparing reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain financial security by adhering to internal process controls<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential<\/li>\n<li>Analyze departmental budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing monthly schedule for account preparation<\/li>\n<li>Confirm deposit of cash sales to bank in relation to the daily sales report<\/li>\n<li>Carry out banking activities of the company and periodic bank reconciliations as directed by the Head Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the requisition process for all departmental funding and keep cheque stubs and receipt as a record where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure due approval is obtained before petty cash invoice is issued to requesting department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure tax deductions are remitted as at when due<\/li>\n<li>Compute, prepare and facilitate tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other legal tax requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing of financial documents and payment voucher with supporting documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u00a0post NYSC Experience working as a Junior Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Student membership of CITN\/ ICAN\/ACCA will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge with accounting tools and software, including excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Food\/ Retail sector is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Odoo ERP is also an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N150,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sofreshng.com\"><strong>recruitment@sofreshng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So Fresh is Nigeria\u2019s premium food hub for a wide range of fresh, nutritious and healthy meals.
