We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Generating unique sales plans,<\/li>\n<li>Creating engaging advertizements, emails, and promotional literature, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.<\/li>\n<li>The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company\u2019s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A National Diploma or Degree in any field.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years experience in marketing and sales in any field of business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>More Desirable Qualities for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding and knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in management may be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular scheduled visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Renumeration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commissions and Salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incentives e.g travels, cars, wardrobe allowance, trainings, opportunity to join the management team of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@keshabproperties.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@keshabproperties.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Keshab Properties and Investment Limited is a fast-growing Real Estate and investment company committed to reducing housing deficit in Nigeria.
