We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Sector:<\/strong> Financial Services<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Customer Experience<br \/>\n<strong>Career Level:\u00a0<\/strong> Grade 3<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Manager, Customer Care<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting Paga customers, products and services at the frontline, proffer solution to customer\u2019s inquiries, give information and handle complaints regarding organization\u2019s products and services, keep customer satisfaction at the core every decision and behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining the acceptable service quality standard<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Use relevant tools to track cases and meet turn-around-times and other required metrics<\/li>\n<li>Proactively solicit and avail information to facilitate 90% first call resolution<\/li>\n<li>Answers calls and respond to emails from customers professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer with product and service information.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain relevant data to handle complaints and inquires.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves complaints by clarifying issues; investigate and proffer solution.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate unresolved issues to internal\/second level support.<\/li>\n<li>Up-selling and cross-selling of Paga products and services<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Customer Care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skill Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a minimum of a 2:1 or its equivalent in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective work relationships with team members<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and\/or dynamic organizational priorities<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed the mandatory NYSC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Ms Office &#8211; Excel, Word and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Able to co-ordinate teams across the business to creatively resolve issues, both reactively and proactively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/paga.bamboohr.com\/jobs\/view.php?id=219&amp;source=hotnigerianjobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paga is a licensed financial services company and a leading payments company in Nigeria with a massive transformative purpose &#8211; to make it simple for one billion people to access&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Paga Recent Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
