We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Manager &#8211; Human Resources<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and mentor staff in the delivery of HR business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Consult with management in providing day to day HR guidance and services and give feedback to Group HR.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of policies and procedures regarding HR &amp; Admin Operations at locations as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations as well as conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain integrity of HR data for employees\u2019 records in accordance with company\u2019s policies, legal requirements, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support during performance review process on a yearly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Issuance of query, termination, and conflict management in accordance with labour law and employee handbook.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to Employee\u2019s complaint as quick as possible, investigate complaint and present findings to the concerned authority.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government agencies and organizations (SON, NSITF, ITF &amp; PENCOM etc) on all compliance related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Track staff movement, attrition and vacancies and report.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the administration of work attendance for payroll input.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate statistics and records for HR Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: BSc \/ HND in any discipline with a professional certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 4-8 year working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills<\/li>\n<li>Interviewing Skills<\/li>\n<li>People Management Skill<\/li>\n<li>Employment Law<\/li>\n<li>Result Driven &amp; Professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communicational skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidate should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/cUwCrZ2KHGACxJhF6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contec Global Group &#8211; Established in 1984 and headquartered in London, the Contec Global Group has a worldwide presence, with operations in Asia, Africa, and Europe.
