We are specialized systems integrator We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts<\/li>\n<li>Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts<\/li>\n<li>Site re-measurement of on-going projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparations of Valuations for ongoing projects<\/li>\n<li>Obtain regular Retail market prices for MEP services &amp; tenders<\/li>\n<li>Monthly update of MEP price database.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to prepare proposals and bids for MEP tenders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in cost management of Building Services Engineering (BSE) contracts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and follow-up payments to sub-contractor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Quantity Surveying<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in quantity surveying<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Very good organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good planning capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@ppcng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@ppcng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>19th May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At PPC, we turn ideas into solutions and help businesses to create and implement exceptional user experience.
