The scope of work as a clearing expeditor covers the following areas: Organizing chartered aircraft\/courier freighter, Organizing loading of container from supplier warehouse to destination, Process import documentation, Process export documentation &amp; Initiate the clearing at the port including export free zone. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the\u00a0management.<\/li>\n<li>Manage correspondence (including letters\u066b emails and packages)\u066b arrange travels and accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Manage important and confidential company documents<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the inventory of office and stationery supplies and ensure to request order when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to clients, visitors, and colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an HND \/ B.Sc in any discipline or related course.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate and have excellent microsoft office\u00a0skills.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently and deliver.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to convey information in simple terms.<\/li>\n<li>A highly organised and self motivated individual<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@brighteminent.com\">info@brighteminent.com<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>:15th July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bright Eminent International Limited has been in operation for two decades.
