We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sales manager is tasked with achieving the sales goals of the company. Develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the training and development of the sales team, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions in alignment with and achievement of the set objectives and key results(OKR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being the interface between the company and her customers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales budget and projections and approving expenditure.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocations.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales results.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and driving performance of the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a personal quarterly work plan in alignment with company OKR.<\/li>\n<li>Attend other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in the<\/li>\n<li>Agency banking space<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong<\/li>\n<li>relationships with customers and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and tactics<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans, and achieving sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team to achieve results<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of success in sales management, including the ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gross Salary Band<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong><a href=\"mailto:greenecareers@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">greenecareers@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st\u00a0May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alister Greene Consulting is a professional consulting firm with expertise in providing a People &#8211; Process Management solution to small and medium Scale Enterprises.
