In order to\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">succeed, he\/she must anticipate, interpret, inspect, record, report, advise and guide, help reduce risk,\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">provide guidance on health and safety matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Responsible for your team\u2019s safety and others affected by your work\u2019s scope on a day to<\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\">day basis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Overseeing and directing site activities from conception to completion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building, technical and\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">safety regulations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Meet contractual conditions of performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Review the work progress on daily basis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Analyze, manage and mitigate construction and Safety risks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Focus on quality; promoting right first time initiatives, reducing rework and double handling,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Establishing method statements to meet work schedules,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Establishing JSA\u2019s to meet HSE regulations,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product<\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\">quality,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties and company policies,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Ensuring standards for safe working conditions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Resolve day to day field personnel issues<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\">Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Minimum of 5 years working experience in construction management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">quality standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Understanding of all facets of the construction process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Familiarity with construction management software packages<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Ability to plan and see the \u201cbig picture\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Competent in conflict and crisis management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Leadership and human resources management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Excellent time and project management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">A good understanding and knowledge of the practical and legal aspects of health and safety<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Good motivator, able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication
