We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Bread and Cake Baker<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies. Baker responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a Baker and be able to decorate cakes using creative techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the bakery early in the morning<\/li>\n<li>Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use<\/li>\n<li>Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough<\/li>\n<li>Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads<\/li>\n<li>Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking<\/li>\n<li>Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruits)<\/li>\n<li>Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers<\/li>\n<li>Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls<\/li>\n<li>Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers\u2019 preferences (e.g. birthday cakes)<\/li>\n<li>Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts)<\/li>\n<li>Track food supplies and place orders, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 &#8211; 10 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mystaffjob.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@mystaffjob.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MyStaff Consulting Limited is an HR consulting firm in Nigeria, offering recruitment &amp; outsourcing to businesses to get the right human resources and improve business performance.
