below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a highly experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.<\/li>\n<li>You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities &amp; Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company&#8217;s internal capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Manage schedules and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints<\/li>\n<li>Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.<\/li>\n<li>Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all lease agreements and give adequate notification of expiration.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of office buildings and vehicles in line with the company\u2019s standards and to constantly reviewing maintenance agreements to improve efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Approve purchase orders and confirm delivery of goods and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all company property and vehicles are properly insured.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for staff and visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any relevant qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative\/ procurement role<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Useful work experience in a structured firm is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite<\/li>\n<li>Management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and detail oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good communicator with exceptional people management and consulting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a high performer requiring minimal supervision in order to deliver individually and inspire results from team members.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates
