We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Partner Support Officer Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ojota, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Internship<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 &#8211; Months<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build sustainable communications for managing and supporting the company\u2019s partners.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the companies involved in the day-to-day partner success<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the activities of the partners on the platform in relation to the clients they service<\/li>\n<li>Where applicable, prepare invoices to clients and ensure the timely payment of driver partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensure partners\u2019 understanding of the platform (expectation, payment, customer support, complaints, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Understand the various truQ applications for the daily achievement of trip automation for drivers and business partners<\/li>\n<li>Where applicable, train and oversee the activities of Vehicle Sales Representatives(VSRs) attached to drivers under a particular business.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate reward activities for driver-partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensure weekly updates of the business transaction sheet for report preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide innovative ideas for better management of truQ\u2019s business partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum HND educational qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 0-1 year cognate experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to flourish with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Proximity to Ojota is a key consideration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN60,000 per month..<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/psointern\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>truQ is the operating system for third-party logistics. truQ connects anyone with logistics needs to the closest vehicles in real-time.
