Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Wosam Arena Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cinema Manager.<\/li>\n<li>As the Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema and ensuring the highest level of service for our patrons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of cinema operations, including staff management, scheduling, and performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times, exceeding guest expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cinema, including auditoriums, common areas, and facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage ticket sales, concessions, and box office operations to maximize revenue and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive attendance and increase customer engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as ticket sales, attendance, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with film distributors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with 3 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in cinema management or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of cinema management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment.wosamarena@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment.wosamarena@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using\u00a0the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WosAm Arena Limited is a leading hospitality company known for its exceptional service and luxurious accommodations.
