We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.<\/li>\n<li>The office administrator\u2019s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.<\/li>\n<li>In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office\/personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.<\/li>\n<li>Performing book keeping tasks such as budget tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Performing other relevant duties when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2 or more years\u2019 office administration experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Corel draw and Access).<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable handling confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Fast learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong><a href=\"mailto:job@aigintegrated.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">job@aigintegrated.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>African Industries Group (AIG) is a diversified global conglomerate with a legacy of 51 years of business excellence and sustainable growth.
