We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The Admin Manager will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure efficient and effective office operations on a day-to-day basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient office management.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees services such as accommodation, maintenance, repairs, supplies, mail, and files.<\/li>\n<li>Daily inspections to examine the conditions of the office, office facilities, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the usage and maintenance of generators.<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintain office systems (Filling\/arrangement of office files).<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodation for staff or guests of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date and proper inventory as well as documentation of all vehicles and perform daily checks on the same vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the organization\u2019s Fleet Management and Operations Plan to current, emerging, and future needs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the activities of the mechanics assigned to work on the company\u2019s vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Keep proper documentation of vehicle spare parts and tires.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all engaged Vesa Fisheries drivers always have valid driver\u2019s licenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Business Management or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>MBA and any related professional certification\/membership will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of previous experience as an Admin Manager in an organized firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including the ability to prepare spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>High leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Offer<\/strong><br \/>\nN250,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@vesafisheries.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@vesafisheries.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Admin Manager &#8211; Lagos&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vesa Fisheries Enterprises is one of the leading importers and distributors of frozen fish in Nigeria.
