We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate a sales team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods<\/li>\n<li>Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand<\/li>\n<li>Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company\u2019s standards<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases<\/li>\n<li>Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents<\/li>\n<li>Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in a sales-focused customer\/client facing role with a track<\/li>\n<li>Record of top performance<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nNGN100,000 monthly net + NGN100,000 incentive based on target<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:berrymarthr@gmail.com\">berrymarthr@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Berrymart Integrated Services Limited is a dynamic, innovative, service centric, wholly indigenous company and a major player in FMCG distribution sector.
