We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Bauchi<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The project manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the project in line with the goal and strategy of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to effectively manage, motivate and drive about 20-40 people across the 20 LGs in the state to success. 20 project officers in 20 LGs and probably 20 agents (each assigned to a project Officer) will work under the manager to meet a set target every month. The following are non-negotiable:\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to organize work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead people and drive team to success<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of management principles<\/li>\n<li>Ability to track all deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nIn Addition to that, the project Manager will also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project plans, scopes, resource management, communications, risk management and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within the budget line<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships between stakeholders and the company and attend meeting with all relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Hold weekly planning and review meetings with the team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure weekly and monthly reconciliations are carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure every Project Officer meet up with set target.<\/li>\n<li>Submit monthly report to the management on progress, challenges and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and assess the performance of each Project Officer monthly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications \/ Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience In strategic planning<\/li>\n<li>High organizational skill.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office tools.<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management software is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs.bauchi@dreamlabs.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobs.bauchi@dreamlabs.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0<\/strong><b>Deadline:\u00a0<\/b>29th May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DreamLabs harnesses the power of technology to help organizations greatly improve employee productivity, make their processes more efficient, systems more powerful, and customer experiences exceptional.
