We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Line:<\/strong> CEO<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Microfinance Bank<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecast industry trends, anticipating movements in the market, the interests of consumers, and the efficiency of the business itself, and advise leadership accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Execute accurate reporting, enabling the department to analyze options and make financial recommendations that align with company objectives<\/li>\n<li>Periodically document all accounting control procedures, identifying system issues and making suggestions for improvements<\/li>\n<li>Process all necessary reports and detailed support both periodically and on-demand, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, revenue forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow statements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity of accounting information and reconcile any financial discrepancies by performing or directing forensic research of accounting issues for compliance, and establishing quality control for transactions and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Handle account reconciliations, verify payment documentation, reference outstanding bills, update debt balance, and conduct disbursement<\/li>\n<li>Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial analysis on key financial data and make appropriate recommendations to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may be assigned by the GMD\/CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Accounting\u00a0or Finance<\/li>\n<li>The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Must have worked in a Microfinance Bank as an accountant or in any financial role.<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the Microfinance mode of accounting techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Skillful in account\/bookkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of accounting software platforms, example Bank One accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Personal integrity; ability to keep customer and company confidence<\/li>\n<li>Expert or above average proficiency in MS Excel application<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of details and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Should be staying in or around the Island.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetitive based on experience, job knowledge &amp; qualification.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes with their picture on the CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:coinboxlimitedhr@gmail.com\">coinboxlimitedhr@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Microfinance Accountant&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0<\/strong><b>Deadline:\u00a0<\/b>28th May, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coinbox Limited is a Management Consulting Company with a focus on HR services looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Coinbox Limited Recent Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
