You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team\u2019s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure its strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs<\/li>\n<li>Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND degree in Business Administration or a related field<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the detergent, toilet &amp;
