This person possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills that enable interaction with stakeholders at all levels. This person is also a self-starter, extremely organized, has a keen eye for details and highly developed problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Executive Director\u2019s diary, assess priority of appointments and reallocate as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate between commercial teams and external suppliers in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely receipt of expected reports especially for Board Meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Organize meetings and ensure that the Executive Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Executive Director\u2019s travel arrangements both local and international (including visas\/accommodation)<\/li>\n<li>Assist Executive Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Executive Director\u2019s responsibility &#8211; chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the activities of the Office Assistant.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Experience and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
