We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Water &amp; Active Hydration Senior Manager &#8211; Africa<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos (Onsite)<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> R-89118<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type<\/strong>: Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Relocation<\/strong>: No<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop\u00a0short &#8211; (1 year) and mid-term (2 &#8211; 3 years) business \/ brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support\u00a0Africa Operating Unit\u00a0category\u00a0and brand growth targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you Will Do for Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess attractive Africa Operating Unit consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the company by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g., new beverage sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new merchandise categories, new channels of distribution to sell licensed merchandise).<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction, leadership and coaching\u00a0to\u00a0members of project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Manage\u00a0category &amp;\u00a0brand Net Revenue,\u00a0Gross Profit,\u00a0Direct Marketing Expense\u00a0to deliver\u00a0Africa Operating Unit\u00a0growth and financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs and secure required budget in order to execute\u00a0category &amp;\u00a0brand plans.\u00a0 Where applicable, ensure appropriate implementation of global\/regional direction into local execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\u00a0required,\u00a0MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>8 &#8211; 10 years of brand management \/ marketing experience.\u00a0\u00a0Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf)<\/li>\n<li>FMCG Experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a category &#8211; inclusive of key strategies and innovative plans and initiatives &#8211; while motivating\/leading, coordinating and working with key internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver on long- (3+ years), mid- and short-term objectives and business plan metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brand equity.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing operating strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Creative concept evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and business analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.coca-colacompany.com\/job\/18512918\/water-active-hydration-senior-manager-africa-nairobi-ke\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) is the world&#8217;s largest beverage company, refreshing consumers with more than 500 sparkling and still brands.
