We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Enterprise Sales<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job No:<\/strong> IRC5102<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the acquisition and maintenance of Corporate and SME customers in the Lagos region and ensure the delivery of quality customer services across all direct and indirect sales channels.<\/li>\n<li>This individual will work cross functionally to bring to market developed business segments (Corporate, SME, Solutions) value propositions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures maximum market penetration, growth and profitability through effective implementation of Enterprise Segment strategies within the highlighted region<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the acquisition and maintenance of Corporate and SME customers in the region and ensure the delivery of quality customer services across the region.<\/li>\n<li>Provides leadership and guidelines to team members and managers subordinates performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensures periodic review and update of9Mobile&#8217;s Enterprise Segment demographic profiles<\/li>\n<li>Proposes market research areas within the region aimed at acquiring intelligence on the preferences and behavioural patterns of the country&#8217;s high-end market<\/li>\n<li>Proposes new product initiatives as well as options for convergence aimed at penetrating the business market segment of the region<\/li>\n<li>Oversees and makes recommendations on the design of a customer lifecycle extension plan for 9Mobile Nigeria&#8217;s business market segment<\/li>\n<li>Provides input in and makes recommendations on the development of viable market penetration and market share acquisition frameworks for 9Mobile Nigeria&#8217;s business market segment within the region<\/li>\n<li>Ensures synergy across functional areas through effective management of inter-functional relations and activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepares \/compiles agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director, Enterprise Segment<\/li>\n<li>Performs any other duties assigned by the Director, Enterprise Segment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduate \/professional qualification(s) in a related field (an added advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert knowledge of region&#8217;s competitive environment, consumer trends and trade practices in the industry<\/li>\n<li>Nine (9) to Twelve (12) years relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years&#8217; experience in a supervisory role within the telecommunications industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.9mobile.com.ng\/OA_HTML\/OA.jsp?page=\/oracle\/apps\/irc\/candidateSelfService\/webui\/VisVacDispPG&amp;OAHP=IRC_EXT_SITE_VISITOR_APPL&amp;OASF=IRC_VIS_VAC_DISPLAY&amp;akRegionApplicationId=821&amp;transactionid=507894980&amp;retainAM=N&amp;addBreadCrumb=RP&amp;p_svid=5102&amp;p_spid=110638&amp;oapc=5&amp;oas=LDxMpcbnwRpZ2zGGAHqQvw..\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>9mobile is a Nigerian private limited liability company.
