Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Excellent Jobs, a consulting and recruitment firm, dedicated to hiring and managing great talents for its clients, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketer \/ Social Media Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Marketing Specialists should compare the company\u2019s advertising techniques and offerings with those of competing businesses.<\/li>\n<li>They should help maintain a profitable message for the company and help with research to ensure that offerings come close to ideal price points to offer value to potential clients but still let you enjoy a thriving business.<\/li>\n<li>They should keep an eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that potential clients and consumers view your company\u2019s ad projects and buy your products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties will often include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research advertising trends<\/li>\n<li>Research competitors\u2019 pricing and products<\/li>\n<li>Decide on appropriate placement of ads<\/li>\n<li>Determine what content will reach customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop projects to create content<\/li>\n<li>Publish digital marketing content online<\/li>\n<li>Implement email marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Measure digital traffic<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social media and Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools<\/li>\n<li>Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Scale campaigns to maximize ROI<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project status and budget<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to inform campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with internal marketing teams and external suppliers to drive successful execution of the client campaigns, client success is paramount.<\/li>\n<li>Create and monitor email marketing campaigns to maximize client results.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor activity, answer questions, create content, analyze trends, and resolve issues on social media channels.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on web traffic and source analytics against KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Work on pre-designated client content, as well as create original content.<\/li>\n<li>Research advertising trends<\/li>\n<li>Research competitors\u2019 pricing and products<\/li>\n<li>Decide on appropriate placement of ads<\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing the organisation\u2019s annual digital marketing plan, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display\/Re-targeting<\/li>\n<li>Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation\u2019s overarching marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation\u2019s online brand<\/li>\n<li>Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organization\u2019s website, including SEO and PPC<\/li>\n<li>Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Moderating all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook<\/li>\n<li>Managing the digital marketing budget, including allocating budgets across different channels and platforms<\/li>\n<li>Producing regular digital dashboards for the Head of Marketing, reporting progress against set KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Must be strategic, possess strong attention to detail, demonstrate good communication skills, and have exceptional organization.<\/li>\n<li>Google Certified.<\/li>\n<li>This person must have the ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and\/or projects while portraying a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>This role is flexible dependent on the candidate (full time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211;
