We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Agbara, Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts<\/li>\n<li>Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including reviewing inventory and dealing with vendors to guarantee enough quantities of necessary supplies at all times<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating company databases<\/li>\n<li>Responding to employee and client inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Updating office policies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a company\u2019s calendar and scheduling appointments<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports and presentations with statistical data as needed<\/li>\n<li>Arranging travel and accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms<\/li>\n<li>Contracting with maintenance companies to repair or replace broken office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with job ads and interviews for the human resource department.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the scheduling of firm facilities and resources<\/li>\n<li>Managing senior staff schedules and calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone queries, and managing complaints in a courteous and professional way<\/li>\n<li>Traveling off-site to give reports or information to other departments on occasion<\/li>\n<li>Operating copy machines, printers, and other necessary equipment<\/li>\n<li>Managing office supplies stock and placing orders<\/li>\n<li>Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling in-house and external events<\/li>\n<li>Creating expense reports and budgets for the office.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of office supplies and ordering replacements as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a system for filing critical firm documents.<\/li>\n<li>Forwarding all correspondence to staff members, such as letters and packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Business Administration from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n<li>4-5 years of working experience as an admin officer.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other kinds of communication<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration or business management is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working in an office environment.<\/li>\n<li>Working understanding of key productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Prior knowledge of spreadsheet software, such as Excel<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to handle many tasks at the same time.<\/li>\n<li>Must live within Agbara area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hradmin@greentechindustriesng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hradmin@greentechindustriesng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>17th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greeentech Industries Limited is one of the largest Agrictech starch manufacturers specializing in cassava processing to FMCGS, Pharmaceuticals, PGS, and many others.
