We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketer \/ Graphic Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Design, build and maintain our social media presence.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.<\/li>\n<li>Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ M.Sc degree in Marketing or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of website maintainance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N150,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@zealandproperties.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@zealandproperties.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>30th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zealand Contractors Limited is a real estate company with the intention, zeal and professional capacity to satisfy our clients (investors) by delivering remarkable value, unending innovation and exceptional experiences.
