We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Supervisor <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Ota, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support<\/li>\n<li>Supervise maintenance processes so that all works are completed as efficiently as possible and to the required quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Review standard maintenance tasks and other relevant documents and to drive continuous improvement and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that maintenance department targets are being met such as minimum down time and break downs<\/li>\n<li>Manage the mechanicaland electricalmaintenance team via effective training, mentoring, coaching, motivating, performance managing and communication<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an understanding of the principles of GMP as applied to plant and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Higher Diploma or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years (5) experience as a Technical Supervisorin an FMCG company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning maintenance operations<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep track of and report on activity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply <\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:forbez79@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">forbez79@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>3rd July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are a reputable food and beverage company into production of carbonated drinks and milk related products.
