We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Support Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the customer support team<\/li>\n<li>Produce timely reports of activities<\/li>\n<li>Escalate any downtime or service failure promptly<\/li>\n<li>Coach and train the agents on customer and interaction handling skills<\/li>\n<li>Manage the customer support teams, to ensure the services are up and running<\/li>\n<li>Through focused analysis and monitoring, provide insights to management on customer behavior and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ensure CSAT and NPS ratings are improved<\/li>\n<li>Manage the customer&#8217;s feedback and provide valuable feedback and recommendations that will aid the business<\/li>\n<li>Be up to date with service delivery innovations and trends that will ensure CXD cost management and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise the members of the department to maintain a positive work environment and a motivated team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree.
