We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Pharmacy Storekeeper <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Egbeda, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Part-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The store officer under the central store is responsible in requesting, receiving, stocking, shelving and disbursement of Clinical and Consumable Items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Result Areas<\/strong> <strong>(KRAs)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe key result areas of this role are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stocking, Disbursing and Requisition of Laboratory, Clinical and Consumable Items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Under strict supervision of the Store Supervisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items<\/li>\n<li>Making Requisition of Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items that has gotten to re-order levels to avoid stock outs.<\/li>\n<li>Good arrangement of items on the shelve based on their categories<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper storage and preservation of all Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items both on shelf and refrigerator<\/li>\n<li>Organize and Disburse Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items for internal customers by going through the requisition orders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of all goods receipts and invoiced both on goods received note {GRN} and HMS.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate updates of Bin Cards<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to re-order levels and re-order quantities of Laboratory, Clinical and Consumable Items.<\/li>\n<li>Alert the store supervisor on increment of prices items supplied<\/li>\n<li>Deliver appropriate Laboratory, Clinical and Consumable Items supplies in the right quantity to internal customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure prompt update of bin cards during supplies and disbursement Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items that are not fully supplied.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records by documenting and filing invoices on GRN for audit and user departmental checks and signage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Central Store Supervisor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items inventory by checking them to determine inventory level, ensuring First-in-First-Out (FIFO) system is strictly adhered to, anticipating needed requisitions and supplies, and removing outdated items.<\/li>\n<li>Daily spot-checking of Laboratory, Clinical and Consumable Items to monitor re-order levels and avoid stock out.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, and inform user departments for stock and policy conformity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Health and Safety:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Central Store Supervisor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a good housekeeping by complying with Quality, Health and Safety guidelines, rules, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate understanding of store management workflow<\/li>\n<li>Protect employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Duties:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Supervisor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor expiry date of Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper storage and security conditions for all Laboratory, Radiology, Occupational health, other Clinical and Consumable Items.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly clean the refrigerator and monitor the temperature of the refrigerator where cold chain items are kept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum academic qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or any related Degree.<\/li>\n<li>2 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or Service sector.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store Officer &#8211; Central Store is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and operate a computer which requires dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.<\/li>\n<li>The person is required to have fine motor skills and visual acuity.<\/li>\n<li>The person must also be physically able to lift light objects and engage in constant talking and listening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211;
