We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Web \/ Database Management Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We need\u00a0an Information technology professional; he is needed to design, develop, implement, support, and manage computer-based information systems, including both software applications and computer hardware.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing, implementing and evaluating computer-based systems, processes, components, and programs.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing technical problems and identifying computer requirements to solve those problems with appropriate IT solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, analyzing, and responding to user needs for the selection, creation, evaluation, and administration of computer-based systems.<\/li>\n<li>Protect the Institute\u2019s sensitive data, by recommending, then deploying, and maintaining security measures and technologies used to prevent hackers from accessing the Institute\u2019s computer networks and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the institute\u2019s membership database, making it easily accessible and effective.<\/li>\n<li>Manage photocopier machines\/printers: change toner where need be.<\/li>\n<li>Install and update software, antivirus, and hardware as at when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.<\/li>\n<li>Design website, manage company website and server.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee prompt payment of all online IT and social media transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.<\/li>\n<li>Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage emails and bulk mails; ensure prompt payment of our bulk mails.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior and provide insights for improving user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Manage website security and ensure that it is up-to-date with the latest security protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Manage website updates, including software updates, plugin updates, and content updates<\/li>\n<li>Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze website analytics and provide regular reports to superiors.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in website development and design.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with content management systems such as WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of web design principles and experience working with designers.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing them.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Respect for superiors and colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in IT support<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a variety of operating systems and software<\/li>\n<li>Experience with network administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N120,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application\u00a0to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:eatopresident@postgraduatecreditschool.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eatopresident@postgraduatecreditschool.net<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Institute of Credit Administration is committed to bringing changes to the face and habit of credit business at all levels in Nigeria and influencing structures.
