As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to The Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of the office.<\/li>\n<li>You will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks and projects, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and organize executive schedules, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting room setup, and document preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.<\/li>\n<li>Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, responding when appropriate or forwarding to the appropriate team member.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the office, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and provide recommendations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects, such as event planning, marketing initiatives, or other company-wide activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>candidate must reside within Ajah and its environs.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 &#8211; N100,000 monthly<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Imeh.adaise@maxitechglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Imeh.adaise@maxitechglobal.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th June, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maxitech Global is your one-stop shop for all your IT needs, computers, laptops, and gadgets at the best prices in Nigeria.
