We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Soap Machine Operator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Machine operators take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.<\/li>\n<li>They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.<\/li>\n<li>They should be a self starter and should be willing to undergo training if need be, to understand the operations of\u00a0new equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What to expect from the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on experience with machine operating and production lines.<\/li>\n<li>Learning how to operate different machines and processes involved with the production. (Stamper, cutter, mixer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calibrate the machine before the production begins.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.<\/li>\n<li>Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.<\/li>\n<li>Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Keep an updated database on all of the machines information, defective units and final products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a log of the activity.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly submit performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly conduct tests of the machines performance and operating capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.<\/li>\n<li>Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering &#8211; Trade Test, City &amp; Guild, or OND<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years working experience in\u00a0soap industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@evansng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@evansng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Evans Industries is a manufacturing company, established over 20 years ago.
