Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) &#8211; Our client, a Real Estate investment Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Mortgage Finance Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell Mortgage Loans to individuals and Corporates<\/li>\n<li>Deposit mobilisation via marketing of company\u2019s interest rates<\/li>\n<li>Close real estate investments transactions<\/li>\n<li>Get Clients to fix funds on short,mid and long term basis.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for increasing customer\u2019s engagement and maintain positive company\u2019s image<\/li>\n<li>Encourage high sales and good customer service practices<\/li>\n<li>Manage investment funds to maximize return on client investments.<\/li>\n<li>Attend investment briefings or consult financial media to stay abreast of relevant investment markets.<\/li>\n<li>Market Company\u2019 product and services to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to stay ahead of them and proactively satisfy and retain our clients<\/li>\n<li>Understand customers\u2019 needs and develop plans to address them.<\/li>\n<li>Participate one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices.<\/li>\n<li>Grow business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Set revenue targets, develop and execute strategies to meet them.<\/li>\n<li>To sell the company landed properties and pull in funds into the Real Estate Investment Portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Management of personal social media handle to help promote the company\u2019s products and services for more patronage.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer\u2019s complaints quickly and effectively Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Handle and follow-up with customers pay-slip and payment.<\/li>\n<li>Handle daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation issues with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Assess clients\u2019 financial status.<\/li>\n<li>Help the client in all investment process.<\/li>\n<li>Seek opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to existing clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND \/ M.Sc in Marketing or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 2-4 years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess good customer relationship<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships<\/li>\n<li>Devotion to high quality customer service<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Keen analytical and research abilities<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of business and related services<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet sales targets and production goals<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry\u2019 rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven and customer-focused.<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience in an Investment company or any other financial institute is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdkvD1_Lla9xma8UhPNmIIiageCqH7TFdorWTpBmuRA6tO7Fg\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) &#8211;
