We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong><strong>Head of Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head of Operations performs various functions to ensure that projects under supervision are well coordinated and executed efficiently and on time.<\/li>\n<li>These activities are carried out bearing in mind the objectives of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the whole project life cycle from negotiation phase to delivery phase including health, safety, quality and environmental standards.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the project team on what is feasible and achievable during before and after project execution.<\/li>\n<li>To analyze and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects To manage the individual project life cycle within the defined project governance Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and\/or requirements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating internal resources and contractors for the smooth execution of the project(s)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project(s) are delivered on time and within the budget and scope Responsible for the availability and efficient allocation of resources Responsible for the development of a detailed project plan to monitor the progress Responsible for developing project(s) objectives and scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and also ensuring technical feasibility of the project(s)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the changes in project scope, schedule, and cost Measure project performance using the appropriate tools and techniques Responsible for managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company\u2019s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership<\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Civil Engineering \/ Building Technology or Quantity Surveying At least 5 years of relevant work experience, out of which 3 must be in a managerial capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of all facets of the construction process<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction management software packages<\/li>\n<li>Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and see the \u201cbig picture\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Competent in conflict and crisis management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communications skills \u2013 both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal relations skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective conflict management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relations skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills Good Leadership and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:resumes@kimberly-ryan.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resumes@kimberly-ryan.net<\/a> <\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0<\/strong><b>Deadline:\u00a0<\/b>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kimberly Ryan Limited is a Human Resources Development Company whose aim is to lead in attracting, developing and retaining superior human capital to create a dramatic business advantage for our&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2882,1],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Kimberly Ryan Limited Current Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
