We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the advancement of business initiatives by providing administrative and operational support to the business executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain their calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of presentations and papers for internal and external audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO and keep them advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Handle printing, copying, filing, and email\/messages.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain e-mail and other address directories.<\/li>\n<li>Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain paper \/ electronic filing systems and confidential\/sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.<\/li>\n<li>Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.<\/li>\n<li>Other additional and\/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or executives as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree.<\/li>\n<li>A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Detail orientation and organizing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, word, PowerPoint and Excel) is a key requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior executives is a key requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence interacting with high-level executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/pFAvfRHiNoVYVchm8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turbo Energy Limited is an engineering &amp; contracting company providing a broad range of engineering services and products to diverse industries including the power distribution, power transmission, power generation, telecommunications,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Turbo Energy Limited Latest Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
