Apply Here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Konga is a leading player in the Nigerian e-commerce space, with over a thousand (1000) employees across the country, over 35 offline retail stores and many growing business subsidiaries such as KongaPay, Konga Travels and Tours, Konga Express, Konga Health, Konga Food, etc. We are to recruiting fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department\/Unit:<\/strong> Finance\/Receivables<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to (title):<\/strong> Head of Finance<br \/>\n<strong>Hours of Work:<\/strong> 8am &#8211; 5pm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nA brief overview of the role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing of Invoices and Posting of Bank inflows for\u00a0 B2B, B2C, Retail Stores and Virtual Stores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoices sales orders for all B2B and B2C transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Generates pick and pack\/invoicing of sales orders for all virtual stores.<\/li>\n<li>Processes and invoices sales orders for allocated retail stores.<\/li>\n<li>Processes and invoices return orders for all B2B and B2C<\/li>\n<li>Generating of daily sales report for all B2B, B2C and virtual stores.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and posting of all B2B, B2C and virtual stores bank inflows to general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Generates monthly revenue reports for all virtual stores<\/li>\n<li>Daily and monthly reconciliation of allocated retails stores bank account to general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of customer payments into banks on mail for processing of all B2B,B2C and virtual store transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring collection of credits sales payments as at when due through the appropriate sales personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying, stamping and signing of sales order confirmation for inbounding process<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of virtual stores sales reports updated online by sales persons for confirming customer payments.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of approved staff purchase forms of all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Any other activity assigned to me by Head of Finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge \/ Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat specific knowledge\/experience\/qualifications are required for this role<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &#8211;
