{"id":182310,"date":"2023-06-20T10:30:18","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T09:30:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=182310"},"modified":"2023-06-22T08:51:55","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T07:51:55","slug":"global-profilers-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/global-profilers-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Global Profilers Recent Available Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Global Profilers &#8211; Our client in the Food Service industry located at Lagos Island, Lagos State, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Environmental Social Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Environmental and Social Manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Environmental and Social Executive primary role is to assess and manage the environmental and social risks and impacts of the company in the construction and operations phases, development and implementation of the Environmental and Social Management System and implement the company\u2019s Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the investors&#8217; ESG and Impact representative.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the company&#8217;s E&amp;S Consultant on the development of the ESMS.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and monitor company &#8211; wide implementation of the ESMS to ensure E&amp;S objectives are met.<\/li>\n<li>Identify E&amp;S risks and impacts of new and existing business processes and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly monitor the company\u2019s compliance with investors E&amp;S requirements and policies, including the implementation of agreed E&amp;S action plans (ESAPs).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other relevant assessments to support the management of safety, environmental, occupational health, and community &#8211; related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Select and appoint external consultants for E&amp;S audits and studies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop consultants ToR and agree on Scope of Work.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop E&amp;S KPIs to be monitored at company level.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Human Resources to ensure alignment of HR policies with company E&amp;S<\/li>\n<li>Reference Framework, including ILO Conventions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate stakeholder engagement (internal and external), including regulatory agencies, customers, communities, liaising with investors and reporting on ESG performance as per agreed reporting frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the delivery of E&amp;S training for all, and recommend external training requirements where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Periodically review and update the company\u2019s ESMS, considering corrective actions, industry trends, international best practices, and investor requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify E&amp;S value add opportunities beyond ESG compliances and risk mitigation e.g. by contributing to long term development impact and sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Work on ad hoc projects.
