We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Operations Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Operations Manager (OPM) role basically drives the right strategies and processes to help the organization carryout her day to day operational activities.<\/li>\n<li>As a security company, the OPM is expected to champion strategies and processes to;<\/li>\n<li>Help improve the deployment and performance of security personnel across board<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the company\u2019s regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately increase the numbers and enhance business growth and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for the promotion and sales of the Company\u2019s services to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining customer relations and ensuring that the Company\u2019s clients are frequently updated with its services. This includes liaising with Media and Communications Executive to conduct campaigns on designated media platforms for clients feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Developing market research, strategies and approaches to maintaining, increasing and retaining the Company\u2019s clients.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research and analyzing data so as to identify the target market for the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Managing, developing, directing and overseeing marketing campaigns that will effectively promote the services of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating and implementing strategies for the expansion of the Company\u2019s client database.<\/li>\n<li>Attending client vendors meeting to ascertain the specific requirements from clients in the execution of requested services.<\/li>\n<li>Creating unique products incorporating the Company&#8217;s services, that are capable of competing in the market over time.<\/li>\n<li>Assembling and managing a team of freelance marketers to effectively champion the Company&#8217;s products and services in order to improve sales and increase profit.<\/li>\n<li>Providing trust worthy feedback and after-sales support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Security Management, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership ability.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>8 years or more work experience as Operations Manager or similar rolein the security industry.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementwithin the security industry.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with security business principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N200,000 monthly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@securepoint.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@securepoint.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:securepoint9@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">securepoint9@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Securepoint Security Solution Limited is one of Nigeria&#8217;s leading Security Service provider.
