We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Airport Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Function:<\/strong> Airport Services<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Experience Level:<\/strong> Mid<br \/>\n<strong>Workplace Type:<\/strong> Onsite<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring Operational Efficiency in terms of On Time Performance with the aim of achieving a turnaround time of 25 minutes and average monthly OTP of 80% or more<\/li>\n<li>Conducting monthly strategy meetings for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets\/goals (e.g. monthly KPIs for OTP, ancillary revenue and ticket sales, and other performance indicators to improve.<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging Green Africa\u2019s services and brand equity as a reliable value carrier<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring adherence to Green Africa\u2019s safety standards by all staff including 3rd party service providers and ramp drivers\/ vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring implementation of SOPs as reflected in the approved Airport Services Manual and ensuring corrective and preventive actions for audit findings<\/li>\n<li>Liaising regularly with all stakeholders such as contact center, security, facilities &amp; logistics, commercial studios and 3rd party service providers to achieve seamless daily operations and conduct effective service recovery for customers during IROPS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field<\/li>\n<li>5 years proven experience in Airport Operations<\/li>\n<li>IATA certification would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must have skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decision Making skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think outside the box<\/li>\n<li>Operational Technical Know-how<\/li>\n<li>Effective Team Management<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service Skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Good to have skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales &amp; marketing<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hris.peoplehum.com\/ehire\/jobs\/greenafrica\/c3cda217-ea84-4030-b7c8-0a692d7d318b?source_name=PEOPLEHUM_EXTERNAL&amp;source_type=Direct&amp;locale=en-US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Green Africa Airways Limited is a value airline based in Lagos, Nigeria.
