We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Research Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented research analyst to assist in improving the operations and decision-making of our business.<\/li>\n<li>The Research Analyst&#8217;s responsibilities include researching, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, and using the data to guide the business&#8217;s decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>A Research Analyst should be prepared to work in various sectors, such as marketing, business operations, and finance.<\/li>\n<li>To be a successful research analyst, you should have excellent mathematical, critical thinking, and communication skills. You should be flexible and able to work independently or in a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzing past operations&#8217; results and performing variance analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and analyzing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Using statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Providing recommendations to improve future business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and storing data for future research projects.<\/li>\n<li>Testing processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the business&#8217;s operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Using data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Using operations data to develop pricing models and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s or Associate&#8217;s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with at least 2 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in applied research or data management may be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modeling skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Hello.hr@nairametrics.com\">Hello.hr@nairametrics.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st December, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nairametrics is a leading financial resource company with focus on financial literacy and investors advocacy.
