We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales and Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Amuwo Odofin, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales efforts and building strong relationships with clients.<\/li>\n<li>This position plays a crucial role in attracting new business and maximizing revenue opportunities within the hotel&#8217;s target market segments.<\/li>\n<li>The Hotel Sales Executive works closely with the sales team, hotel management, and other departments to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients and target markets, and proactively pursue sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Actively prospect and develop new client relationships to expand the hotel&#8217;s customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular client visits, participate in industry events, and network with key decision-makers to promote the hotel&#8217;s offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Presentations and Negotiations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel&#8217;s unique features, services, and benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the hotel and the client.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other hotel departments to create customized proposals and packages that meet clients&#8217; specific needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Revenue Optimization:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel&#8217;s products, services, pricing, and special promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the hotel management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales team, revenue management, marketing, and other hotel departments to ensure a coordinated approach in achieving sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements and exceptional customer experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>2+ years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@premiumswisshotels-resorts.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@premiumswisshotels-resorts.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Sales Executive&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th June, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Established in 2015, Premium Swiss Hotels &amp; Resorts boasts a specialized team in the hospitality industry, with experience spanning across 25 years.
